We use Betco cleaning products, including EPA Listed disinfectants such as Quat‑Stat 5. We also source high‑quality paper products and can liners that balance durability with cost efficiency. Our team performs routine inspections of every building. We use MyBetco digital tracking to verify that all daily tasks are completed, including mandatory photo uploads for each finished task. This ensures accountability and transparency.

Additional services are available upon request, including carpet cleaning, stripping and sealing floors, top scrubbing, stair tower cleaning, and initial deep cleans. We maintain strict security protocols for sensitive or executive areas. Only one (or at most two) approved cleaners are assigned, checklists are customized for the space, and all doors are locked and double‑checked before leaving. Staff within the area are notified of who is responsible for cleaning to maintain trust and accountability. ComKleen provides 24/7 availability through both owners of the company. We respond to messages—including after‑hours—within a two‑hour window. In the event of an emergency, we mobilize quickly to resolve issues. We actively work to reduce tenant complaints by establishing strong communication and correcting issues within one workday. Monthly cleaning reports can be provided upon request.
